The Community REIT is an initiative that was created by Juan Reid as a project to created foundational Black wealth. Mr. Reid has worked in Construction and Development for numerous years, having owned the 4th-largest Black-owned construction company in Houston, Texas.

Our mission is simple: To find 40,000 Black investors able to invest $500 each into a startup that will provide foundational Black wealth to each investor over time. We highly encourage all Black investors to visit the How to Invest page for more info.
