The Company is being structured with long-term objectives aligned with REIT strategies; however, it is not currently a qualified REIT. Future offerings will occur through a registered funding portal under federal securities law. Target goals are subject to REIT qaulification.

The Company is being structured with the objective of qualifying as a REIT under Section 856 of the Internal Revenue Code. The Company has not yet made a REIT election and is not currently a qualified REIT.

The Community REIT™ is the public-facing investor collective aligned with our management entity, the institutional real-estate trust founded and managed by Heritage Holding LLC.
Where the REIT functions as the core holding entity, (acquiring, developing and managing large-scale hospitality and healthcare assets) the Community REIT extends that opportunity to qualified individual investors.
It allows everyday participants to join the same institutional pipeline that funds our management entity for our flagship projects, while remaining under SEC-compliant REIT governance oversight.
